Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., and check-out must take place by 1:00 p.m., at the latest. Any modifications will need to be approved by the Minnesuing Sales Manager.
Lodge Rates
To help make your planning and budgeting easier, rates are charged on a per-person, per-day basis and include lodging, meals, snacks, conference center amenities and all lodge amenities. Rates are based on a sliding scale policy, determined by the number in your group.
Additional Charges
In addition to the per-person, per-day rate, there will be a 5.5% Wisconsin state tax plus a 10% service charge on your total bill. No additional gratuities are necessary. Also, additional charges apply for certain activities requiring extra staff assistance.
Cancellation Policy

If canceling 120 days (or more) before meeting dates, entire deposit will be refunded. |

If canceling 90-119 days before meeting dates, 60% of deposit will be refunded. |

If canceling 60-89 days before meeting dates, 30% of deposit will be refunded. |

If canceling within 60 days of meeting dates, 2/3 of the total billing is due. |
